With winter upon us and Covid 19 still firmly in our minds we have taken a number of positive steps to ensure there is no disruption to the fulfilment of any orders, and support to new and existing customers is unaffected.

Our factory remains fully open and deliveries to customers are going ahead as planned, though with the now familiar measures to ensure staff and customer safety. However, our showroom at Coaley Mill is now temporarily closed to visitors. Most of our dealers are taking a similar approach, government guidance across Britain varies so we advise checking with your local retailer before travelling to a store. 

We would obviously ask anyone who is unwell or displaying any of the known symptoms to inform us if you are due to receive a cooker and have illness in the household – we can reschedule for a later date.
