The Everhot - a family company based locally near Dursley who manufacture the oven on electricity naturally generated by the water mill is without a shadow of a doubt my preferred choice. In fact so much so that we bought two of them. It runs off normal 13 Amp fuse, has top plates and oven that can be centred on your cooking rather than you having to adapt your cooking to the ovens needs, is efficient to run and will grace a country or town kitchen with style, charisma and gentle elegance. We have arranged for a Michelin starred chef, Rob Rees (www.robrees.com), to provide cooking demonstrations.
Rob is often seen promoting Gloucestershire produce on TV in the South West and is the director of a local restaurant. Through experience of dinner party catering, he is also able to draw some direct comparisons between our product and its competitors. These are light hearted and entertaining events which have proved very successful in the past.
In addition you will be able to inspect the cookers in our showroom and we can even provide you with the opportunity to view our workshop and see some of the craftsmanship that goes into our product.
If you could let us know if you wish to attend a cooking demonstration, we will arrange a time for you. Naturally, this event is free of charge, but numbers will be limited for the demonstrations - please let us know as early as possible in order that we can make you a reservation.
