Recipe produced by The Cotswold Chef

100g Plain Flour
100g Wholemeal Flour
150ml water
Butter, melted

1. Combine the plain and wholemeal flour together in a bowl

2. Add the water and mix together to form a dough. Knead for 5 minutes then place in a bowl and cover with cling film. Allow the dough to rest for 20 mins

3. Once rested, divide the dough into 6 evenly sized balls. Roll each ball out to form a circle

4. Brush one side of the circle with melted butter and then fold in half. Squash flat and brush again with melted butter. Fold in half once more. Now roll out until flat and fairly thin

5. Heat a flat bottomed frying pan and dry cook the flat breads for a couple of minutes both sides before serving
